Ironclad Technology Services LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing company in Virginia Beach, VA. Due to the nature of the work, only U.S. Citizens will be considered for this position.

This position will serve as a tactical partner to the Recruiting Manager. You will be responsible for analyzing the position responsibilities and requirements and for finding qualified candidates in a timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Promote Ironclad s vision, mission and objectives and conduct business with a high level of integrity and urgency

* Maintain responsibility for the full life cycle recruiting process focused on various functional and market areas with the ability to recruit cleared technical and professional candidates

* Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for open positions

* Generate qualified candidates through a variety of cost-effective recruiting efforts

* Coordinate position requisition activities, job postings, and interview managers to determine hiring needs

* Provide candidates with timely follow-up and appropriate feedback

* Coordinate candidate travel, as needed

* Extend and negotiate employment offer packages

* Ensure successful and timely completion of Applicant Tracking System documentation, tracking of metrics, and compliance with all hiring requirements related to OFCCP and Ironclad recruiting policies

* Prepare recruiting data and reports to be shared with business partners and consultants with a high degree of accuracy

* Attend job fairs and networking events

* Provides market analysis for Business Development and Proposal team as needed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university

* Minimum 3 years of full-life cycle recruiting in professional and IT fields to include sourcing via social media, networks and employee referrals; previous experience in government contracting recruiting highly desired

* Due to the nature of work, U.S. Citizenship is required

* Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

* Ability to travel 10% to attend job fairs and networking events

* Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with GSuite is a plus

* Experience in sourcing, interviewing, networking, negotiating, and closing of candidates

* Ability to exercise independent judgment to decide on appropriate priorities and procedures to follow

* Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of candidates, employees and management

* Possess exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills along with competent writing and grammar skills

* Ability to develop and manage social media content consistent with Ironclad employer brand

* Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond traditional recruiting practices with an innovative approach

* Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a time sensitive manner.
