A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

Interfacing with clients who need training, administrating classes, developing new course materials, entering data into a database, interfacing with vendors, facilitating classes in Tulsa and at client locations, evaluating instructors, preparing marketing materials, enrolling students, assisting course coordinators.


 

What You Will Need:


 

Bachelor’s degree

At least 2 years working in industry

2 years experience in continuing professional development (training) OR a graduate degree

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Superior presentation skills

Multi-task with minimal supervision

This role is not open to visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead?



Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Communications, Engineering or related fields

Proficient in Microsoft Access

Experience producing training videos and/or online courses

Work experience in the oil & gas industry

Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
