D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a

Corporate Operations Trainer for their Financial Services Mortgage Training Department.  The right candidate will instruct “New Hire Orientation” classes, assist with the development and maintenance of curriculum material, and provide feedback to branch managers based on employees’ classroom performance.  Corporate Operations Trainers also provide field support as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, pipeline management, staffing assessments, operational fill in, and in-branch training.  The Corporate Operations Trainers serve as a point of contact/central information source for new employees.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Teach New Hire Orientation class, prepare class materials, schedule/class syllabus, all guest speakers, coordinate with IT for user names and passwords, register Loan Processors for FHA connection, complete freebie audits as needed and maintain log, maintain information available in “G” drive, assist with curriculum development and maintenance, establish relationships with branch managers, act as an information resource for new and existing employees, provide branch support, as needed (training, follow-up, staff fill in), special projects as directed by the National Training Manager.                

Education and/or Experience   

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
