Job Description:

The UITS Support Center is hiring Part-Time Consultant positions for CrimsonCard Services. We are looking for exceptional people to help with the issuance and support of CrimsonCard for students, faculty, staff, and affiliates of the University. We are willing to train motivated and excited learners and are committed to providing excellent customer service during every single customer interaction. Duties for all consultants include, but are not limited to:

Issuing photo ID cards, including identity verification and confirmation of eligibility, payment processing, and issuance of IndyGo bus passes. Provides extensive customer service support via walk-in, email, and phone for issues related to: card issuance, card-related financial activity, card suspension and reinstatement, door access, payroll deduct and payroll advance, and many others.

Consultants are scheduled to work between 20-29 hours per week and are required to be available to work weekend shifts. We require a commitment to work at least 2 full semesters.

Starting wage is $10.75 per hour. Consultants may be eligible for a $0.50 raise upon completion of their first 90 days of employment.

REQUIRED: Knowledge of Windows.

Must be friendly, have good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Knowledge of university computing systems, Microsoft Excel, and aptitude and excitement for technology are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications Working Conditions / Physical Demands

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Must be able to move up to 35 pounds and to move and transport equipment.
