This role will drive and oversee the administration and operation of the sales function. The role will provide general support for Regional and Territory Managers and will be responsible for sales/margin forecasting, analytics, productivity, CRM maintenance and other sales support functions. The role will provide leadership for 3 direct reports.
Responsible for developing sales reporting, sales forecasting, and analyzing product performance and other sales metrics. Manages forecasting, sales force automation, and contract compliance, negotiation and pricing. This role will report to the VP of Sales and will have close ties and alignment with Marketing, and Finance. This role will also responsible for the rollout of any tools selected by leadership.
Work closely with Sales leadership to determine/develop KPIs and Operational reporting to improve sales efficiency and to monitor all performance
UMRP/Map Compliance Manager
Sales Reporting by business unit, daily, monthly, quarterly, annually in SAP
Dealer Contract Management
Monthly sales forecasting by product for GP reasonability check, weekly forecast by division, monthly sales charts, demand planning, BRT/MIT input for Sales, Product Development
Oversee development of relevant dashboards and reports for sales
Tool / Software evaluation for Sales and related departments to identify those items to optimize the sales team's performance.
Manage and oversee all Salesforce configuration/automation changes and optimizations and transition to SAP. Ensure proper setup for team workflows and data reliability and availability
Incentive commission monitoring and planning
B-Stock Management: Pricing management system
Coordinate and plan with teams regarding any changes to pricing/product offerings are properly set up for the system and team to work with
Data management from ACT
National Accounts system Data Compliance
In collaboration with Product Development and Sales:
Sales BRT input/administration
Gross margin management corridors
Stretch and loyalty schedule: volume rebate administration

Education / Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration or Finance
5 years of experience in similar roles
Consumer products with international company background desirable
Some travel will be required .
