This position will be responsible for installing and service office coffee machines to W.B. Mason customers with a focus on timeliness and customer service.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage time appropriately to meet deadlines

  • Excellent mechanical skills with prior experience with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work

  • Servicing coffee equipment including Keurig, Newco, Bunn, Curtis and Oasis machines as well as John Guest fittings is highly preferred

  • All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision

  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities

  • Must be able to provide a high level of quality customer service

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record

  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent follow up

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
