Job Description:


Actively utilize analytical, technical, time management and organization skills to help Account Managers and Sales personnel communicate professionally, effectively and efficiently with clients and prospects using a full suite of internal tools and 3rd party software. Develop recurring and non-recurring analyses and reports and analyze raw data and make insightful interpretations.



  • Fulfill analytical, report and data requests for Account Management

  • Conduct fleet analyses and provide accurate, timely interpretations of vehicle cost, use patterns and trends that aid in the drive for optimal fleet

  • Work independently with stakeholders to define ad hoc analyses and develop simple modeling tools and repeatable business process

  • Extract and manage large volumes of data, synthesize and interpret the results and display the findings as appropriate, in creative and easy to understand charts and tables

  • Collaborate with Client Analytic developers and subject matter experts to establish the best source data and analyze tradeoffs for data selection and filters

  • Conduct client surveys using web based application, synthesize findings and prepare deliverable

  • Develop a working understanding of the Wheels tools and databases and how to access data, fleet metrics, fleet reports

  • Monitor and track projects and request for analyses in Client Analytics Tracking Tool

  • Assist project coordinators with the development and execution of Results+ deliverables and other duties and special assignments



Strong analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Access; experience w/ SQL required

Great organizational and planning skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to function in multi-project environment with tight deadlines


Bachelor's Degree in finance, statistics, economics or math; or a minimum of 3 years experience analyzing data and developing solutions utilizing business analysis tools


Ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear, understandable summary form and articulate and display results

Ability to write clear, concise reports, business correspondence


Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations


Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
