The UI Designer will be responsible for the complete UI design lifecycle from creating wireframes, mock ups and visual graphics, presenting to the product management and engineering teams, through to reviewing the end products prior to release. You'll be expected to work within the existing UI / UX design team using and maintaining standard design patterns and best practises. The UI Designer is expected to learn on the job towards developing domain and product knowledge along with technical/proprietary skills.
As part of the UX design team you will work closely with one or more product lines as they modernise their user interfaces. You'll work in collaboration with the product managers and development teams to define the scope and vision for the products. The solutions will be delivered with a combination of desktop and mobile applications.
