The Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity (OEOD) is responsible for coordinating the University's compliance with all equal opportunity laws and policies. The Senior Investigator facilitates complaint resolution for both formal and informal complaints of discrimination and sexual harassment including sexual violence. The Senior Investigator conducts extensive research on state and federal laws regarding discrimination and equal opportunity laws and regulations and develops and implements training programs and workshops designed to educate the University community about sexual violence, discrimination and harassment prevention and response. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired, especially Spanish and/or Mandarin Chinese.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Travel between the UCI Campus (Irvine) and the UCI Medical Center (Orange) required; additional travel outside of the county required for work-related training and systemwide meetings.
Willingness to occasionally work outside regularly scheduled hours.
