Utilizing data analysis to partner with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Walmart and Sam’s Club business analysts, to build collaborative relationships that provide forecast insights, replenishment solutions to deliver both customer and Henkel KPIs.
Analyze orders and address opportunities related to customer ordering patterns, lead times, inventory levels, minimum order quantities, returns and mis-ships
Monitor and report on key metrics – service level, in stock/out of stock, fill rate, and on-time delivery.
Research root causes and communicate action plans to correct and prevent in the future.
Who we are looking for
Bachelors' degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience
At least 1 year experience in a consumer product environment; intern and/co-op experience will be considered
Ability to influence others and demonstrated strong leadership skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel
