Job Description:

Altra is seeking a driven, dedicated, and motivated individual to fill our Project Manager position. The role of the Project Manager is to primarily assist with the coordination and completion of projects, maintain project management software, monitor project progress, and provide project updates. The Project Manager will provide assistance with developing materials and project management processes along with educating staff on Altra’s project management discipline.

Project Management Experience:

  • Demonstrate, direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project.

  • Knowledge of database concepts.

  • Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies.

  • Technically competent with various software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio.

Candidates must display a professional image that promotes all of Altra’s Brand Principles and provides quality member service and staff support. Must be detailed oriented, a creative thinker and demonstrate team-building skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written are essential and have a strong business sense. Active listening and time management skills are required to do the job.

  • 3 year(s): Minimum of three (3) years' of experience managing projects.
  • Project Management certification, or the ability to obtain this certification is preferred.
