WIS Sales Support Coordinator

Job Summary

The Sales Support Coordinator for Webster Investment Services will provide administrative support for the Director, SVPs and Line of Business.

Responsibilities
  • Mail - Incoming distribution/outgoing FedEx and tracking of said packages
  • Linked In Administrator -- Actively monitor of all WIS employee profiles, perform quarterly audits and support to set up qualified FCs for approval and cancellation of terminated employees
  • Administration of Financial Planning Tool -- Maintain access spreadsheet, notification of new users and changes, assist FC team with client usage
  • Administrative support for client seminars
  • Printing and Distributing of management reports to LOB management team and/or posting individual/team status reports to the K-drive folders
  • Management of Webster affinity events & tickets program for LOB
  • Monitor WIS Fax in-box
  • Verification of transfer as requested by Tax Deferred department -- daily emails
  • Assistance with special projects:
  • Comp plan FedEx mailing and tracking
  • Tracking of attendees for special meetings/dinner orders; Focus, clambake etc.
  • Responsible for Sales Meeting support to create agendas, schedule speakers, and assist with putting together sales meeting packets
  • Marketing mailings to branches/reps
  • Assist with creating Power Point presentations for meetings
  • Distribution of list to FC folder on K drive
  • WIS Seminar support
  • WIS Social Media Support: Audit users as well as centralized marketing support and field training support.

Education, Experience and Skills required
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Proficient in use of Excel, Word and Power point applications
  • 2-3 years of related office experience
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work in a team and under tight deadlines
