Role Description

The Human Resources Talent Management Team works with the HR Business Partners and other HR Centers of Excellence to develop and execute core people processes including performance management, recognition programs, early career pipeline summer intern program, talent and succession planning and employee engagement/surveys.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the process owner for the design and delivery of the annual performance management cycle, including redesign options, employee communications and resources

  • Manage the monthly employee RAVE recognition program

  • Support various components of the 2019 summer intern program with existing process owner

  • Design and produce reports and other presentation materials (e.g., feedback reports for surveys/assessments, enterprise talent review and succession planning charts, group presentations on various talent management topics, etc.)

  • Assist with employee survey administration and feedback (e.g., survey/assessment launch, response tracking, report generation, etc.)

  • Perform literature searches for best practices and empirical research findings related to strategic HR, organizational psychology, organizational behavior, and similar areas

  • Perform basic statistical calculations on survey and assessment data (e.g., means, frequencies, correlations, etc.)

Required Competencies/Skills: 

  • C oursework in HR, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related disciplines

  • E xperience using spreadsheet s and other data analysis software

  • Ability to communicate the results of research and data analysis to constituents in other areas of the organization

  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Able to build good working relationships with others inside and outside of HR

  • Research and analysis skills, specifically including online research techniques 

  • Ability to organize and create logical presentations of research results

  • Self-disciplined to establish work schedule to meet deadlines 

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Communication and interpersonal skills
