Job Description:

KPFF-Seattle is seeking a Planner/Project Assistant to assist multiple project managers and engineers with land use and regulatory processes, and general project administration.


This position provides the opportunity to work on and contribute to the success of a variety of projects in the public and private sector.  Responsibilities include planning and entitlement support, contract administration, communication management, project accounting and marketing, which will involve assisting with project controls and coordination, writing and editing, communication, and research, contributing to delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

  • 1-2 years of experience (related field preferred)

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Urban Planning preferred)


  • Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel, Project, and PowerPoint

  • Data management and document review experience preferred

  • Efficient time management

  • Effective verbal/written communication style appropriate for professional team setting

  • Positive and self-motivated

  • Ability to work independently

  • Enjoys challenges

  • Adaptable and solution oriented
