We are currently seeking 25 great employees to join our team to assist customers with questions regarding their Federal Student Aid accounts. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but a great work ethic and attitude are required. Paid training starts in December so don t miss out on this exciting opportunity that offers great benefits. Our business hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm M-F and 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday.
Current schedules that we will be hiring for are 11:30 am to 8 pm; 12:30 pm to 9 pm; 1:30 pm to 10 pm. These are 10 hour shifts with 4 days on (including potential Saturdays with shifts earlier in the day).
Answer inbound calls to assist callers with defaulted student loans, loan payment processes, procedures and collections/payments.
Who we looking for
We are seeking candidates who are customer service oriented, enjoy a busy call center environment, know how to speak professionally on the phone to assist callers, able to multi-task by taking calls and documenting accounts simultaneously, enjoy giving their best every day, timely, and maintain good attendance and performance metrics. This call center is supporting the Department of Education. Applicants must possess eligible US Citizenship status.
* High School diploma or GED
* Age 18 or older
* Type 23+ WPM
* Pass security investigation background for public trust on DMCS contract
* Must provide proof from Federal Student Aid of no federal student loan debt in Default status
* Basic computer skills
* Problem solving
* Bi-lingual is a plus (Spanish)
