The Regulatory Coordinator, under direction of the Regulatory Manager, is responsible for the coordination and execution of regulatory processes to ensure compliance of regulations and laws across multiple studies that vary by phase, indication, and methodology within Mercy Research. A collaborative relationship must be maintained with the IRB (central/external IRB and internal IRB) Sponsor (Grant, Company, Product Development or Data request), and clinical teams. Communication of tracking and reporting will be of most importance with all Investigators, Clinical teams, Business office, and Leadership. Exhibits the ability to work independently. Utilizes best practices in accordance to appropriate regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Resilient in prioritization, problem solving issues and completing tasks efficiently within deadlines. Requires dedicated organizational skills to keeping essential documents for compliance and success. Strong working knowledge of FDA, NCI, OHRP, HIPAA, ICH and GCP. Ensure that all team members keep up with the changing regulatory landscape, and remains in compliance with the applicable regulations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in a health or science field or Associate's degree in a health or science field and two years of healthcare or clinical research experience

* Experience: Three (3) years healthcare or clinical research experience
