The Salesforce Implementation Specialist (CRM /SFDC) guides the Sales and Product teams at YOSS US through the internal integration as a temporary assignment. Primary responsibility is to design and implement a performant integration using web services and state-of-the-art technologies. The Salesforce Implementation Specialist configures all aspects of Salesforce and the respective integration with the YOSS platform and provides functional and technical support. Own the deployment into production, maintain product and integration documentation, and inform all relevant stakeholders.



  • Deliver the Salesforce integration project on time and within budget

  • Act as end-to-end implementation consultant for YOSS, navigate the teams through the implementation by leveraging design thinking and agile techniques

  • Scope the integration roadmap with seamless API

  • Design integration solution and document the design in accordance with best practices

  • Support configuration of reports and/or data extracts to support business analysis

  • Gather integration requirements, and ultimately determine and/or recommend best methods

  • Collaborate with the appropriate parties and relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot and support in the initial phase post deployment

  • Review current integration plans for opportunities to improve effectiveness and reduce risks/costs

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned integration

  • Assist team members in the interpretation and understanding of the data integration

  • Provide custom configurations and support for relevant stakeholders as required

  • Document all aspects of the integration requirements and specifications

  • Be the subject matter expert, act as both functional and technical architect

  • Demo the product’s capabilities and outline different options



  • Background in computer science, engineering or related field

  • 4 years of related experience with Salesforce; system configuration, deployment, and integrations

  • Proven track record of Salesforce integrations and deployment for an SME sales team

  • Experience in structured release & deployment best practices

  • Demonstrated ability to design and document software solutions

  • Experience in architecture, development, and cloud-enabled services and applications

  • Strong analytical/ problem-solving skills

  • Experience with SaaS products/solutions, CRM, HR products, and services

  • Demonstrated success in participating in high-performance teams

  • Ability to communicate results clearly to leadership and product teams

  • English business proficiency (written and spoken) and respective business acumen
