Job Description:


CREDIT COORDINATOR II:  Applicant will provide support to the Credit & Collections Departments by maintaining customer portal logon requests and setup, updating, consolidating and maintaining AR Customer account information. Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: 

  • Processing all requests for customer portal access

  • Customer AR Account Association and Consolidation

  • Working on ‘special projects’ related to customer accounts

  • Conducting reviews of AR customer account list

  • Analyzing accounts that are duplicates

  • Auditing and setting up the primary AR account(s)

  • Backing up the New Account Set up Team for Cash Account Set Up

  • Lead during acquisitions for customer written communication, collection of Sale Tax Certificates, and data clean up

  • Transferring all Machine History to Primary AR account(s)

  • TrackCert – Customer Insurance updates

  • Other duties as may be assigned

Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate telephone etiquette and professionalism required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Prior credit and collection experience preferred.
