Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Demonstrates experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, appliance and electrical repair, vehicle, A/C maintenance, grounds keeping and janitorial work
Critical Action Items:
Maintains and preforms minor repairs on all buildings, vehicles, and equipment Maintenance grounds (or over-sees contracted work) as needed, including: mowing, weeding, sowing, spraying, general clean-up of open areas, roadways, fence lines, and parking areas. Ensures that grounds and work sites do not present hazards to clients, staff, and guests Assists with moving furniture, office equipment, etc. Ensures that all buildings, grounds, equipment, and vehicles comply with applicable laws, rules, and OSHA regulations Ensures that equipment and storage areas are kept clean, safe and in working condition Takes initiative to identify and analyze problems and generates alternative solutions Makes monthly inspections of all fire extinguishers Janitorial Duties as needed, including: Sweeping, moping, dusting, clean glass, clean bathrooms, take out trash, change out light bulbs and meter readings
