Koch Fertilizer, LLC. (KAES) is looking for a Fixed Equipment Mechanical Integrity Specialist to join our Operations Excellence capability. The preferred location for the role will be in our corporate office in Wichita, KS but we are open to other office or remote locations. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for fleet-wide support of fixed equipment mechanical integrity program in Koch Ag and Energy. This includes tanks, vessels, piping, towers, heat exchangers, fired equipment etc. This includes development and support for inspections, repair plans, risk management, and oversight of the fleet success metrics. This position is responsible for supporting and oversight of the Inspections database management system. This position partners with the operating units to support the KAES Mechanical Integrity and Reliability vision. This position reports to the KAES equipment capabilities Leader.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
Provide ownership of KAES PSM Mechanical Integrity program.
Lead/influence fleet engineers in evaluating risks and assigning risks.
Partner with engineering and develop repair plans.
Manage Inspections Data Management System. IDMS
Interpret inspection reports.
Partner with Opex fixed equipment engineer and develop and maintain fleet fixed equipment asset strategies.
Develop and oversee KAES fixed equipment MI metrics. (TBD later)
Provide ownership and Maintain the Inspections database management system. POC for vendor and plants.
Provide support to facilities during turnarounds and outages.
