We are looking for a full-time Product Support Specialist 2 for our office in Chandler, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and efficiently answering intermediate customer inbound phone calls and email inquiries and requests regarding Garmin Marine audio products, orders, pricing and other services offered by Garmin. Previous 12 Volt experience is a plus. Other essential functions include:
Must display strong customer support skills and always maintain professional interactions with Garmin customers and co-workers
Accurate and timely entry of orders and disposition and note customer contacts
Remain current on changes in policies, procedures, and product offerings
Completes tasks and/or projects of moderate complexity with limited process definition
Develop and maintain department and company image and philosophy to the public
Become highly knowledgeable in the specifications, capabilities and operation of Garmin products
Efficiently answers customer technical inquiries regarding Garmin products and troubleshooting via telephone, email and chat
Must meet or exceed departmental goals and metrics
Qualified candidates possess a High School Diploma or GED. Other requirements include:
A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience (External candidates)
Demonstrated mastery in performing Product Support Specialist 1 essential functions and a minimum of 1 year as a Product Support Specialist 1 (Internal candidates)
Expert product knowledge in a product line
Demonstrated ability to provide expert customer service across all contact channels (e.g. chat, phone, email)
Personal or professional demonstrated expert technical aptitude, problem solving and troubleshooting ability
Must exhibit professionalism, be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
