Responsible for support of Oracle GL including user security, ticket resolution, new company and responsibility center set up and validation rule maintenance. Provide secondary support of other Oracle applications including HPL and HPCM.
Ability to operate independently, to prioritize tasks, and to perform problem analysis in a dynamic environment
Experience with supporting users in global locations, across multiple time zones
Ability and willingness to learn new skills, software and technologies. Ideal candidates will be quick to dive in to conversion and acquisition projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate across all levels of the company, including executives, business partners and end users
Candidate may be required to work weekends to complete assigned tasks.
Support daily operations in Oracle Applications R12 modules
Configure and setup various Oracle modules to provide better functions
Support software updates, upgrades and patches
Support internal and external audit requirements
May be back up support for other Oracle applications
Provide user training and SOP (standard operation procedures)
With FRIBS gather and analyze business requirements to plan projects/initiatives
Design, build, test and implement solutions for business process requirements
Manage small projects of upgrade and solution implementation
Work with technical team, contractors, vendors and users
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or related degree.
Minimum 10 years of Oracle Applications functional experience.
Ability to communicate Oracle functions and features with non-technical users
Ability to run and perform intuitive searches using SQL queries
