Job Description:

The Provider Liaison works in support of the goals of the Operations and establishes positive and effective working relationships with transportation providers, LogistiCare departments, and other related agencies to establish superior partnerships between LogistiCare, the Transportation Provider Network.

The Provide Liaison provides support to new providers acclimating to LSI, is a resource for existing providers working with LSI, and is a conduit for introducing and managing change in policy or process for the TPN and LSI staff.


* Develops and maintains positive working relations with the TPN and LSI staff
* Updates Ops Director on outcome of his/her communications with the TPN and LSI
* Supports LSI staff and attends Quarterly provider meetings with the Providers and LSI
* Responds and assist providers with billing questions or concerns, provider web portal training, contracting and on-going training
* Source expert on how to reach and communicate with appropriate LSI departments
* Acts as a training resource for providers
* Communicates with provider issues referred to LSI by the provider or LSI staff:
* Serves as the provider and the resolution of issues
* Maintains follow up contact with both LSI operation/department and provider following resolution of an issue to ensure it remains solved

Activities include but are not limited to the following:

* Ensures all provider complaints are logged and directed to the appropriate department for expeditiously
* Maintains a record of all activities in relation to performing job functions
* Negotiates, resolves and creates solutions to providers' complaints and concerns regarding billing or contract issues
* Assist in training providers as needed on LSI policies, procedures, and processes
* Performs other duties as assigned

* High School or GED equivalent

* Demonstrated experience interacting with volunteer drivers, transportation companies
* Proven and effective leadership skills
* Attentiveness to detail and thoroughness
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Take initiative and be proactive
* Communicate information clearly and work with diverse populations
* Patient listening and strong conciliation skills
* Analytical and investigative abilities COMPUTER SKILLS

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Must be able to operate general office equipment
