Business Systems Analyst - 26705
6 Month Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Must have -
*5 years or more experience in capital markets as a BSA/ BA ( good business and technical acumen)
*Understanding of Derivative pricing and market risk terminology
*Proficient with PNL and pricing
*Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*Software development lifecycle expertise
*Experience of Agile development methodologies
*Good SQL skills
*Ability to read and interpret logs
*Knowledge of basic programming
Nice to have -
*Bachelor's Degree in a technical subject
*FRM or CRA Designation
*Exceptional business product knowledge with a focus on Equity Derivative instruments.
*Good working knowledge of the overall IT solution cycle including engaging business users for demo review and provide subsequent trainings of newly rolled out functions.
*Earn voraciously, stretch your thinking, share your knowledge and educate others.
*Ability to establish a strategic working relationship with business owners and other technology partners.
*Experience in leading business analysts to co-operate and promote good morals within the team
*Transform project goal into small pieces of business requirements and research into winning delivery solutions that meet performance goals.
*Embrace change and witness amazing things happen from the inside.
*Identify issues, develop and maintain processes that address and resolve them, (and be sure to communicate/alert stakeholders as needed).
*Proactively put forward & suggest ideas that speak to project objectives (e.g. development, testing solutions, and tools)..
