We are seeking an accounting clerk to become an integral
part of our Corporate business services team for our San
Francisco office.
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited
Maintaining projects in ERP
Generating and posting project invoices
Coordinating with project managers to ensure accurate
Generating project/team profitability reports
Qualified candidates will have:
Prior experience with accounts receivable (invoicing
and collections)
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving ability
General understanding of GAAP
Proven accuracy and efficiency in assigned tasks
Ability to develop productive working relationships
with internal and external clients
Ideal candidates will have:
Prior experience with ERP systems; Deltek Vision is a
Associates Degree in accounting or business
Prior accounting experience in a professional services
