Job Description:

DESCRIPTION

The position provides a variety of semi-technical, data entry and administrative support duties for the Sales Engineering team including Sales Engineers and IP Centrex Coordinators.

These duties include:

Review SE team orders, upload appropriate administrative documents and complete information as appropriate. Documents may include site surveys, scope of work (SOW), and other documents required to provision orders.

Complete basic Scope of Work (SOW) low level-technical specs on some Hi-Cap orders.

Contact Cox boundary partners or customers to obtain valid information to facilitate install documents.

Create Sales Engineering job packages for Cox Business products and engage/interact with customers to retrieve initial provisioning information.

Act as liaison between Type II COE and Sales Engineers for quote administration

Review and re-assign SE team work for team members out of the office.

Maintain, update or create tracking sheets and/or database information.

Provide SE support for completing the Bulk HD Site Survey documents and WiFi documents.

Work on special tracking projects as assigned by Sales Engineering Manager.

Take and prepare notes of meetings, conferences and similar proceedings

Assist IPC Team with My Admin and Button Manager data entry for IPC orders

Administer Auto Attendant service configuration and record greetings for Voice Manager orders. Work closely with customers to ensure design & recording to meet their satisfaction.

Provide Customer Service Records (CSRs) to Sales staff

Assigned other duties by SE Manager as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills:

Must be highly organized, efficient and possess excellent verbal and written skills. Requires excellent time management skills to meet product workflow step deadlines. Familiar with Office 365 programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Requirements:

Typical Training / Experience - HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience; 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility
