The ESIS Business Development Manager (BDM) generates ESIS revenue towards the overall revenue goals. This person will be charged with identifying additional sales and revenue opportunities for ESIS as well as demonstrating to the external customers our commitment in the territory. The individual supports and leads ESIS's sales strategies with Chubb Global Casualty. It is also a critical role in the success of the overall regional Chubb initiatives and works closely with the Regional Executive and Field Operations resources to support the region’s overall revenue objectives.
The ESIS BDM position will be responsible for the development and achievement of profitable results within a sales territory in the Midwest region. The preferred candidate would be based in Chicago or any of the states within the Midwest territory. They will build and maintain a position of dominance for appropriate ESIS products and services within a specific customer. This position is entitled to receive additional compensation under the ESIS Sales Compensation Incentive Plan.
