Employee is responsible for inventory, stocking and issuing parts and supplies and/or purchasing assigned or designated parts and services from an approved list of vendors. Work is reviewed periodically to assure conformity with departmental policies and procedures.
Receiving and distributing parts to mechanics, log parts into inventory system, parts pricing, parts numbers, due dates to reduce down time.
Maintain inventory on parts, monitor delivery receipts from vendors against the received parts
Bulk relieving parts from inventory. Control inventory, returning obsolete, overstock, wrong parts delivered
Work on other duties as assigned by maintenance supervisor
