Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Waunakee, WI
Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This technical position directly interfaces with customers and sales reps to assist in product selection, pricing and availability. We are looking for a person with high energy, demonstrated phone skills, pleasant personality and the desire to grow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting customers and sales force in selection of NORD Product.
Provide customers and sales force information regarding delivery, availability, and cost of product.
Prepare orders for entry processing.
Provide return authorization information to customers.
1. Education: 2 year technical or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Experience: Familiarity with power transmission industry and 2-4 years of technical customer sales.
3. Skills, Key Attributes & Physical Requirements: Excellent phone skills, strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, strong comprehension and memory skills, and the ability to work at a desk for up to 8 hours a day.
