business unit of Emerson Automation Solutions, has been providing level
instrumentation to the process industry for over 25 years with flexible and
creative solutions for a wide variety of applications. We currently
have an exciting opportunity to work on our Technical Inside Sales team in
Pearland, TX. We are looking for someone
who can use technical expertise to act as a product expert for our customers
and sales representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout
the order cycle.
- Provides technical support
to customers and the sales channel by providing pre-sale, and post-sales
- Possesses exceptionally
strong product and application knowledge enabling creative solutions.
- Act as single point of
contact for customers and sales representative throughout the opportunity
to order cycle.
- Regarded as an application
consultant/expert by customers. Demonstrates an advanced understanding of
applications and products supported.
- Provides full customer
service and order management.
- Effectively build
relationships with customers.
- Consistently demonstrates
mastery of sales processes.
- Proactively manages quote
process and opportunities Supporting the sales force.
- Support the company’s &
divisional growth programs and initiatives while representing the
company’s policies and practices properly when communicating with
- Identifies and communicates
product/service improvements based on customer feedback/experience.
- Participates/leads in safety
programs as required.
- Perform other duties and
responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree,
Engineering or technical field preferred, and 3+ years of related
- High School Diploma/GED and 5+
years of related experience
