Job Location
The Physical Therapist position is located in Kokomo, Indiana.

Job Duties


  • The Physical Therapist performs professional Physical Therapy activities in accordance to policies and physician plan of treatment to promote positive health outcomes and quality services for patients

  • Practices within the scope of physical therapy

  • Adheres to all policies, procedures, state and federal laws and regulations


Experience
Two years in a practice of Physical Therapy preferred, New graduates eligible

Education
Bachelors of Science degree from an accredited program is required


License
Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Indiana, CPR certification
