Job Description:

The Corporate Marketing Manager provides a broad range of support to the Marketing team by helping manage communication activities to promote, enhance and protect the organization’s brand reputation. The Manager assists in the ongoing development, coordination and implementation of content marketing efforts, focused but not limited to the blog, website, social media, inbound marketing campaigns, and awards.

Primary Accountabilities:

Leadership (20%)


  • Oversee and help manage Corporate Social Media Strategy


  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to develop consistent plan for B2B contributed content


  • Work closely with Senior Manager, Communications, ensuring internal communications stream


  • Work closely with Director, Corporate Marketing to ensure consistency with processes, operations, and budget


Strategic (40%)


  • Provide strategy and direction on public relations projects such as contributed content, awards and speaker opportunities


  • Develop consumer research strategies for press initiatives, work with Inmar Research team for social media inquiries


  • Build the company reputation through the development of content that supports the Inmar vision/mission and positioning across owned channels and contributed channels


  • Manage all social media content and posts for all Inmar trade shows, events, and conferences


  • Determine the most strategic and optimized use of a limited paid marketing budget and manage marketing programs in determined marketing channels


  • Provide B2B strategic assessment monthly of what is/is not working and make changes, ensuring work is strategic and on-brand


  • Manage all corporate Client Events and ANA membership and meetings


  • Assist with the branding transition of any company acquisitions or mergers


  • Assist with the overall planning and content development of the Annual Inmar Analytics Forum


Project Management (25%)


  • Manage project timelines for Press and Product Marketing efforts


  • Manage the B2B content calendar


  • Maintain all event, trade show, and conference calendars on Product Marketing Google Site and Inmar website


  • Develop and implement a social media strategy and calendar for distributing content across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc., and build audience engagement as well as leverage the platforms to drive qualified audience acquisition strategy


  • Coordinate experiments to improve B2B social media best practices and work with those who are managing our corporate social media accounts


Analytics (10%)


  • Use analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to aggressively optimize all of our B2B activities and understand user behavior - infusing it into the organization


  • Oversee the interpretation of data, developing actionable insights for B2B product enhancements and content development


  • Develop and maintain a B2B audience growth model, and develop impactful, actionable reporting to inform daily and long-term decision-making


  • Own the metrics for the corporate team across all areas of marketing


  • Provide regular updates for leadership: website, lead generation, PR, etc.


Influence (5%)


  • Support Product Marketing team, work closely with sales and sales strategists to create effective sales materials i.e. media kits and case studies


  • Provide direction and content updates for company websites


Required Qualification:


  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field.


  • 3-5 years related work experience


  • Knowledge of Marketo or Inbound Marketing Platform, Google Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress and SEO


  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite


  • Work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.

  • KPI 3: Content Management – Increase and expand Inmar contributed content and thought leadership to assist in lead generation and sales revenue support
