Full stack developers will have a range of responsibilities from shaping and implementing strategic products to ensuring that client  stays on the leading edge of technology. Full stack developers contribute across the technology stack, from database and DevOps infrastructure that supports continuous deployment, to native apps  Designs the overall technological architecture of the productMentors and coaches the technical team, specifically with code reviewsEngages in coding to help the team to develop his solution and solve all surfacing problems at hand Identifies and removes technical impedimentsWorks with Product Owner to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stackConstantly looks for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid of challenging the status quoProvides the team a roadmap for implementing software engineering practices for higher code qualityShares responsibility with Product Owner for building reusable and scalable components  Seen as an expert within the technical components of the domains/products/journeys Can make architecture decisions at a team and product levelExperience working on projects that span multiple organizations and business unitsExperience in Agile Development, with specific Solution Architect (or similar) experience preferredStrong communication skills with ability align organization on complex technical decisionsActive coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and maximize the team’s potentialExperiences with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, application securityRequired technical skills: HTML, Java script, CSS, Node.js, REST APIs, Ruby-on-Rails, GitHubNice to have technical skills: Jira, React, AWS (Elastic Beanstalk)
