Job Description:
Responsibility of the supervisor is to implement policies and procedures of the cafeteria and deli services and to manage the available resources to reach departmental goals and objective. Resources include the staff, supplies, cash and service to the customers. As with all supervisors, the responsibility of the entire department is shared with the other supervisors.

Experience:

Supervisory experience in a food services setting and management of employees, money and material resources.
