• Level 1 Infrastructure support
• Supporting L1 SOP driven Incidents till Closure.
• Expereince managing support teams
• Working on Incident (Pageable Medium, Medium & Low Priority) L1 Scope
• Working on Standard Task assigned to the Group.
• Familiar in SLA reporting , Shift Scheduling , etc
• Ad-Hoc request processing from L2 and L3.
