What Youll Be Doing:

In this role, youll have general accounting responsibilities in the areas of A/P, Fixed Assets, expense reports, and prepaid expenses. You'll ensure general ledger transactions comply with GAAP and company policies. You'll collaborate with internal departments and outside parties to ensure transactions are recorded timely and accurately, prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and other monthly, quarterly and annual close duties for your areas of responsibility. There will be special projects and strategic initiatives where we'll need your project management abilities and finance expertise to ensure we are successful. This is a job for an individual who desires to make an impact by continuously improving our processes while flawlessly executing the general accounting responsibilities day to day. 


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • 2+ years accounting experience, including experience in AP and General Ledger.

  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP.

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.

  • Strong people skills including effective written and verbal communication

  • Must be able to work with all staff in a diplomatic and customer service oriented way

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects well
