Job Description:

Modify and update AutoCAD electrical schematics and layout drawings; perform system analysis; collaborate with other engineers in multiple different departments; design, modify, and update simple PLC code related to the movement of basic conveyor components like motors and sensors; test real-time 3D models; act as area lead of implementation at customer’s facility; work with customer and 3rd party vendors; assist other engineers; mentor new engineers; and schedule technical review meetings.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum 2 years of experience as a Controls Systems Engineer.  Also requires 2 years of experience with PLC programming, AutoCAD-E drawing design, DeviceNet, Profibus, ASi and Ethernet, designing systems integrating hardware and software, and performing on-site commissioning. Approximately 40-50% travel is required to various unanticipated locations. Pre-employment processing for this position requires drug testing and passing background checks
