Job Description:

This position performs various accounting duties related to financial record keeping functions of Property Frameworks, the property management subsidiary of NRT LLC. Performs A/P and A/R accounting entries and related work as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for performing and understanding all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and various accounting duties.

-Facilitate communication related to accounting matters between the accounting department and onsite setup team.

-Review invoices for coding, vendor and payment amount accuracies.

-Correct invoice submission inaccuracies and communicate changes as needed.

-Monitor cash flow for proper processing of invoices.

-Ensure checks are processed in a timely manner.

-Collate checks with remittance stubs and prepare for mailing.

-Post and deposit incoming payments.

-Ensure deposits are posted accurately and timely.

-Prepare daily deposit reconciliation

-Assist with daily disbursements as needed

-Maintain accounts payable and receivable records and update databases to reflect changes.

-Collect and organize financial information required for taxes, audits and compliance.

-Reconcile accounts, sub ledgers and research discrepancies.

-Client follow up and tracking.

-Copy or scan documents and send communications.

-Assist with filing, general administrative tasks and other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

-Individual must be a team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn

-Must be very detailed oriented

-Must possess a basic understanding of accounting functions

-Proficiency in MS Office Suite

-High School Diploma
