Location: Irvine, California
We arecurrently seeking a File Review Specialist that can perform the following:
-online file review on real estate brokerage transaction files
-Working closely with branch staff to ensure a complete online broker file is maintained on all transactions in our proprietary cloud based transaction system
-Occasional travel to branch offices in various cities in Southern California is required
-3 years broker transaction file review experience
-Must have active CA real estate license
-Full competence or experienced user of Electronic Forms Platforms (ZipForms) and Electronic Signature Software such as Digital Ink and/or Docusign
-Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
-Ability to self-manage, take initiative, yet feel comfortable asking for direction
-Professional demeanor, high level of attention to detail
