What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Participate in the review and analysis of business requirements and the configuration, mapping, and management of processes for internal projects related to the Global One ERP project over a two year timeframe

  • Document system specifications and solutions to satisfy project requirements

  • Develop and perform testing as needed

  • Provide Oracle ERP system support and customer support to user base in US, including issue resolution

  • Accurately repair and document changes to the system as assigned

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical related field or related certification

  • 7 or more years of experience in IT solutions development preferably in medium to large corporate environments

  • Experience in project management

  • Basic knowledge of Windows applications and Microsoft Office (MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including experience with Unix, Windows, Mainframe (JCL, TSO)

  • Accurately input information into and retrieves from the computer

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Master’s degree in technical related field combined with 7or more years of experience in IT solutions development

  • SQL/Query experience
