Position Overview:

Leads the Sales administration processes and pricing activity for the US Consumer Healthcare Sales Organization. Responsible for managing pricing and item maintenance within SAP. Manages organizational access to SAP in accordance with the needs of the business and platform governance requirements. Primary point of contact for Customer Service department relative to customer, item, price, code and spec. maintenance needs. Ensures information consistency with Master Data Organization, for customer data synchronization requirements. Develops display and special pack pricing. Manages SKU advisor, new item acceptance tracker. Acts as Market Pricing Champion for Commercial Excellence Team. Acts as SAP lead on training and support for the Sales Organization

Key Job Responsibilities:

Oversees the administration of item and customer information within SAP and related Sales systems. system maintenance for item.

Develops, implements & oversees pricing, sales organization policies and practices in the pricing and data management area.

Ensures system compliance with financial reporting and access requirements

Develops pricing for displays and custom packs, and coordinates the implementation of market pricing actions, such as price increases

Acts as primary point of contact for Customer Service Organization, relative to data and information management of SAP system.

Acts as primary point of contact for Sales to the Master Data Organization.

Provides training support, and coordinates trouble- shooting for the Sales Organization of SAP related issues


Essential Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field.

At least 3-5 Years of Sales Force Support required in the areas of Pricing and Management.

Sales Systems such as SAP and Trade Promotion Programs

Commitment to ensuring consistent and compliant practices within department.
