position will support project management and other initiatives in the
litigation/IP department of the General Counsel's Office.
- The candidate will
work closely with the associate General Counsel and other team members in
coordination of case defenses, design and implementation of business process
improvements, project management, as well as conduct research on trademarks and
degree, paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience,
- 8-10 years' law
firm or corporate law department experience in litigation, intellectual
property, compliance or comparable areas.
- A demonstrated aptitude
for use and management of software applications as needed and a working
understanding of databases and information management
- Strong problem
- A Proven ability to
work well with a team but also independently, often with competing priorities (multi-tasking
to identify potential problem areas and appropriately escalate to manager
- Must work well
