The Senior Director, Marketing Strategy will be a €œchange agent€? and responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the CENTURY 21 brand, within Realogy Holding Corp. This highly visible role will have one direct staff support and reports into the Vice President of Growth Marketing.

You will be critical in creating marketing strategies and competitive differentiation, driving revenue growth and profitability for the CENTURY 21 brand. Your creative ideas combined with business savvy will directly impact market share and the bottom line.
-Develop competitive marketing strategies and an enhanced value proposition that differentiates the CENTURY 21 brand.
-Manage and execute various strategic projects, initiatives or pilots designed to enhance revenue growth and improve business unit profitability.
-Identify target marketing initiatives, programs, and capabilities, and cultivate external strategic marketing partnerships and alliances.
-Create an enhanced organizational understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
-Measure actual customer experience-related performance vs. targets, identify & prioritize gaps, and recommend areas where corrective action may be warranted.
-Manage processes, systems, and tools for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and synthesizing information from internal and external sources (competitive intelligence, market research).
-Assist in formulating business cases and in developing implementation plans for high-priority marketing initiatives.
-Oversee the data analytic requirements and reporting to support marketing strategies, budgeting and planning, and leadership buy-in.
-Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred focused in marketing or related field.
-Minimum 7 plus years strategic marketing and execution experience highly preferred.
-Excellent communication skills required in affecting change and thought leadership strategies.
-Ability to combine strategic thinking skills with analytical capabilities.
-Marketing data analytics and research experience.
-Experience with data mining and use of statistics-based tools and methods within the strategic marketing process.
