Job Description:

On a daily basis, this individual will be responsible for working in a professional team environment and performing various duties.

  • Run out of stock report and gather details to perform applicable item allocations

  • Code SLR for all shorted items for accurate customer reporting

  • Arrange, manage, track and log expenses associated with out of stock items

  • Report via Daily Recap shorted items and agreed upon recovery plan

  • Key all auto shipment and product cap requests

  • Provide quotes and manage shipping of all special requests

  • Key all Special Orders into CRM

  • Process credits, price adjustments and returned product

  • Pull required paperwork for PODs during audits

  • Resolve and respond to customer complaints / tickets

  • Other duties and special projects as assigned (as needed)

  • Communication of holiday routes/re-routes – store level

  • Minimum two years customer service experience in professional office environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Intermediate computer skills required, ability to work on multiple software platforms

  • High level of professionalism

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Basic mathematical skills

  • Strong Customer Service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and very organized

  • Problem solving skills

  • Ability to understand and respond to the needs of both internal and external customers

  • Able to work independently and as an effective member of a team

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Constant attention to detail, requires ongoing alertness and working with frequent interruptions

  • Able to speak effectively in interpersonal situations

  • Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test
