RMC has an opportunity on our contracts team for a Contracts Assistant to provide a wide array of administrative and contract support duties. Specific tasks include: creating and maintaining all contract-related electronic and paper files; entering contract information into financial systems; preparing and submitting invoices and monthly reports; preparing estimates; preparing contract and sub-contract documentation; participating in proposal development; and other special projects as needed.

Qualified candidates should have an associate's degree with two (2) years of relevant experience (1-2 years of experience in government contracts/invoicing is helpful); a bachelor's degree is preferred. The Contracts Assistant should be able to thrive as part of a team, but also be comfortable working independently, have intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel skills, and be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
