Senior Manager - Order Process Lead
 
Willingness to travel ~80% of the time
 
The ideal candidates will possess the following:
 
Job Description
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience leading complex projects using the Waterfall/Agile project management methodologies.
• Minimum of two years’ experience facilitating process improvement efforts.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working on efforts that require a strong technological aptitude with a working knowledge of technology concepts, including data analysis and information security.
• Needs to demonstrate experience in version control and retrieval of processes for sales and marketing ideally in a digital experience.
• Minimum Six Sigma Green Belt certification

Responsibilities
 
The Sales and Marketing Process Improvement Lead, will be responsible for the analysis of Sales and Marketing operational processes to drive enhancements and efficiencies through new processes and updates to existing processes on a prioritized basis.
The role needs to stay informed of Sales and Marketing Program strategy and developments and ensures assigned projects are aligned with that strategy and with the overall business strategy and goals.
