The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skill set:

  • The primary function of this role is data entry for the creation of non system supported policies.

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products; primarily excel spreadsheets for manual rating of quotes, new business, endorsements and renewals.

  • attention to detail necessary

  • able to apply basic customer service skills to daily interactions (peers, internal and external customers)

  • understanding of general insurance

  • experience in a goal oriented environment (production and quality)

  • flexible in learning new tasks and responsibilities


  • Personal Lines Insurance backgrounds a huge plus.

  • Experience with Excel and Word processing.

  • Above average math ability

  •  Attention to detail

  • able to work in a team environment
