Job Description:

Coldwell Banker is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to support the administrative needs in our Willow Glen officelocated in San Jose, CA (US-CA-San Jose-1045 Willow Street). This is a part-time, 24 hour a week position.

The responsibilities and basic skills/qualifications are as follow but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

-Answering multiple phone lines and directing callers to appropriate personnel

-Ordering supplies

-Maintains fax/copy machines and assists users with use of equipment and the transmission and routing of faxes

-Assist with document scanning

-Receive, sort and route mail to appropriate personnel

-Greets clients and supports other admin members/agents with admin or computer related issues and tasks

-Backup for the Office Administration

Basic Skills/Qualifications:

-High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required

-1+ years of prior reception experience required

-Strong customer service and creative problem solving experience

-General computer knowledge and experience required

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment

-Able to move/liftat least a 20lb box of paper

-Prior Real Estate office experience preferred
