Job Description:

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

-Maximize revenue opportunities within the Realogy agent population

-Continued development of third party and lender business relationships

-Build, Develop and Manage a Professional Sales Team

-Ensure Exceptional Customer Service to our clients through effective business processes

-Overall P&L responsibility for the direct operation- including budgeting, cost control, planning and staff management

-Provide leadership and direction to managers and employees; including performance management, mentoring, career planning and guidance, setting and accomplishing goals

-Ensure Positive Engagement of employee population

-Partner with legal (underwriting and claims) departments to ensure consistent policies and practices for risk assessment

-Identifying new areas of growth and business opportunities, including acquisitions

-Develop comprehensive strategic plan related to revenue generation, EBITDA growth, marketing, and succession planning

-Development of strategic plan for the overall growth and health of the organization based on the overall TRG Strategic Plan

-Responsible for managing projects to streamline production, improve quality, increase productivity, and implement appropriate changes to existing policies

-Participate in and lead company wide initiatives pertaining to business development, strategic planning, and risk management

Qualifications:

-Education-High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred; post graduate law degree a plus.

Competencies:

-Proven track record of building revenue through the development of a professional sales team and the leadership and development

-Demonstrated history of successfully managing a P&L with positive results

-Must demonstrate a professional, articulate and self-motivated demeanor with strong organizational and communication skills.

-Must be able to effectively interact with all levels of employees, management and customers and use sound judgment to prioritize multiple assignments.

-Must have a fundamental knowledge of title and closing management experience and knowledge of the settlement services business.

-Work Experience-Minimum 10+ years management experience within the real estate, title and/or mortgage industry required. Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role of this capacity preferred. This position is based in Tampa Bay area.
