  • Process factory transfers

  • Warehouse up keep thru sweeping and keeping area(s) clean

  • Control damage and inventory

  • Ability to drive forklift safely

  • Ability to utilize the PKMS through RF scanning

  • Ability to complete LTL and Will Calls

  • Responsible for completing paperwork and turned it all in at the end of each shift

  • Ability to complete a daily Pre &Post shift Forklift inspection

  • Attend and participate in daily safety meeting

  • Proper PPE and uniform must be worn at all times during each shift

Nature and Scope:

  • Takes direction from lead/Supervisor.

  • Works within well-defined instructions.

  • Ability to successfully process (ex. Loading and Unloading) factory transfers consistently at the minimum of 4 transfers in a 8 hour shift

  • Must be able to process 2 outbound FTL's successfully (error and damage free) within a 8 hour shift

  • Ability to operate a forklift safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse

  • Ability to work in warehouse that is not climate controlled

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work between HPC, Factory, HLC and DLC

  • Ability to work unsupervised

  • Must be able to Mentor Forklift Operator 1's

  • Must be eligible to be certified in 90 days

  • Must be in good standing with the company


  • 2-3 years industrial forklift experience

  • High School diploma or GED.

  • Must have Valid driver's license

  • RF experience helpful but not required

  • Must be dependable and work well in a team environment

  • Must have the capacity to drive a forklift and learn PKMS functions

  • Negative results on drug screen
